Preconception, Pregnancy, and Post-Partum Support
The perinatal period—the time during pregnancy and up to one year after birth—is a time of immense change, vulnerability, and transformation. While this season can bring joy and connection, it can also bring unexpected emotional challenges. Many parents experience anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or a sense of disconnection during pregnancy or after giving birth. These experiences are common and treatable.

Instead of sitting in an office, we’ll walk side by side in a natural setting, giving you space to breathe, reflect, and process what’s on your mind. This approach can feel less intimidating than a traditional therapy room and often helps reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and bring new perspective. Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or simply the stresses of daily life, walking together can create a gentle rhythm that supports openness, healing, and connection.
